Sending Songs is built on this often-overlooked truth: the final moments of worship are not an ending, but a sending point for a whole week of worship. The God who gathers us in corporate praise is the same God who goes with us into whatever the week may hold – demanding meetings, the joys and challenges of parenting, unexpected disruptions, surprising moments of delight, and even the weight of global uncertainty.

Written and produced by the Porter’s Gate worship project, in collaboration with Made to Flourish, this album helps congregations carry what has happened in the sanctuary into the world, forming people who understand their daily lives as an extension of worship. Each song gives voice to the movement from gathered to scattered, reminding us that we are not dismissed—we are sent. And we are never sent alone, for we go with the presence and power of God at work within us.
